About  Elemental Interludes 

 

E le men tal In ter ludes is a compilation of 118 poems written for the alchemical elements in the Periodic Table.

Using a format of 8 syllables and 4 lines for each element, these fragmented text are inserted into the origami books seen in the Colours Indicted project.  

​

Each element is personified and the poems are written in reference to the properties and attributes of the element.
